MassAdoption Registers Patent for AI-Based Retail Data Analysis and Automatic Product Information Classification Technology

MassAdoption Co., Ltd., which operates the brand growth partner ' Buckle ', announced on the 20th that it has registered a patent (Registration No. 10-2877348) for product information identification and classification automation technology based on retail data analysis utilizing an artificial intelligence model. This patent is the first of three patents planned for registration through the 2024 Deep Tech Tips program, and is a key element that forms the basis of CRM-based retail marketing automation technology.

This technology automatically analyzes product information and customer behavior data collected from online and offline distribution channels using AI, enabling brands to implement tailored marketing content and customer segmentation strategies. In particular, its ability to integrate and normalize data from diverse product groups, channels, and customer journeys, and to provide insights based on brand context, is considered a key differentiator compared to existing marketing automation solutions.

Buckle is expanding its services beyond CRM solutions to include brand strategy consulting and AI automation systems, solidifying its position as an end-to-end brand growth partner. Based on the 3.2 million customer data points secured since its Series A funding, Buckle plans to apply its differentiated data analysis capabilities, including automatic customer segmentation, channel optimization recommendations, and offline behavioral data integration, to marketing strategy design.
