Edtech startup TrueValue announced on the 24th that it had secured 2 billion won in a Series A funding round. The exact corporate value was not disclosed, but with the completion of this round, TrueValue's cumulative investment has reached 5 billion won. New investors included Scaleup Ventures, Korea Credit Guarantee Fund, and People Investment.
TrueValue has solidified its position in the edutech market by operating the smart career education brand "Evermentor" and the self-actualization platform "Dream Appeal." Its focus is on creating a student-led digital career education environment, breaking away from conventional, one-size-fits-all educational approaches.
My Mission Studio (MMS), an online assignment management learning management system unveiled at the '2025 Edutech Korea Fair' this year, won the Minister of Education Award.
TrueValue plans to use this investment to develop an AI SaaS platform that integrates education and HR growth data and to strengthen the foundation for DreamAppeal's localization in Japan and global expansion. CEO Chung Ju-young stated, "This investment has allowed us to validate our service and confirm market response. We will focus on establishing a stable service in both domestic and international markets."
