
Ubase Group, a domestic BPO company, is strengthening its technological capabilities by acquiring Centerlink, a contact center consulting application developer. The two companies signed an acquisition agreement at Ubase Group's headquarters in Jung-gu, Seoul, on the 20th.
Ubase Group has been providing customized contact center services for businesses by leveraging its 27 years of BPO operational experience and internalizing AI-based solutions through acquisitions of Nexus Community, Hanil Networks, and AI solution company Wego. With this acquisition, Ubase Group plans to strengthen its customer service management system capabilities and establish a stable customer service environment.
Since its founding in 2007, Centerlink has built contact centers for various industries, including local governments, public institutions, financial institutions, and distribution companies, securing its proprietary technology and MSA-based modular development approach. Building on its stable integration capabilities with various systems, Centerlink provides customized services. Its technological prowess and reliability have been proven through over a decade of collaboration with Korea's largest delivery platform.
Ubase Group plans to leverage Centerlink's modular capabilities to enhance maintainability and reusability and expand into the SaaS market. Furthermore, it plans to accelerate its growth as an integrated contact center technology company by enhancing its customized development system and securing skilled development and project management talent.
