AI solution specialist company Jimision (CEO Han Jun-seop) announced on the 24th that it received the Minister of SMEs and Startups Award for its contribution to promoting SME convergence at the '2025 SME Convergence Exhibition' held at the Daejeon DCC Convention Center.
The "2025 SME Convergence Competition," hosted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and organized by the Korea Federation of SMEs, recognizes and rewards companies and organizations that have contributed to digital transformation and regional economic revitalization through collaboration and industrial convergence among SMEs. This year, approximately 80 organizations and companies from across the country were selected as winners.
At this event, Gmission was recognized for its pioneering digital convergence initiative, blurring industry boundaries through the development and commercialization of a document automation solution based on AI OCR and LLM technologies. In particular, "AI FAX," which transformed existing fax infrastructure into an intelligent document processing platform, was recognized for automating all processes—from document reception to automatic classification, personal information masking, and LLM-based summarization and search—simultaneously enhancing work efficiency and security in the public, financial, and manufacturing sectors.
“This Ministerial Award is recognition of our efforts to contribute to inter-industry convergence and digital transformation based on AI technology,” said Jimision CEO Han Jun-seop. “We will continue to advance automation technologies that will revolutionize the work environments of various industries.”
