DLG Law Corporation (CEOs Wonhee Cho and Heechul Ahn) announced on November 24, 2025 that it signed a 'MOU for M&A legal service linkage and activation of the ETA (Embarkation on Startup) ecosystem' with DeepSearch (CEO Jaeyoon Kim) , an AI-based corporate and industrial data analysis platform company.
The signing ceremony was held at the headquarters of DLG Law Firm in Seocho-gu, Seoul, and key officials from both companies attended, formalizing the establishment of a practice-oriented cooperation model.
Through this agreement, the two companies plan to ▲jointly discover suitable companies for acquisition ▲provide legal review services such as escrow ▲jointly operate the ETA (Entrepreneurship Acquisition) program, and establish a structure to support the entire process from preparation for a company acquisition to contract signing.

It is gaining increasing attention among startup and small business founders because it allows for faster market entry and reduced risk.
