The 2025 Korea Digital Innovation Awards is a government award that recognizes companies, organizations, groups, and individuals who have contributed to national development through the advancement of the domestic internet industry and the convergence of ICT. Shifty CEO Shin Seung-won received an individual commendation for his contributions to ICT innovation in recognition of his contributions to improving corporate work environments and digital transformation through his eponymous human resource management solution.

Founded in 2017, CEO Shin Seung-won has been supporting the digitalization of human resources management for domestic and international companies by providing a unified platform for core corporate human resources management functions. Shifty offers services to a wide range of companies, from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to large corporations and public institutions, regardless of employment type, industry, or business size, including both field and office positions.

Shifty can be expanded across mobile and PC platforms, and its ease of use is achieved by simply installing the app. It can automatically manage work records and service hours not only in businesses but also in public care services. Furthermore, it can quickly respond to changes in laws and regulations, and integrated operations, including personnel management for overseas corporations and domestic companies' overseas branches, can be managed from a single system.

Stable operations are also a strength, and Shifty achieved a corporate credit rating of "BBB0 (Stable)" and a cash flow rating of "A" in the first half of this year. Shifty's consistent performance growth and stable management are considered factors that lead clients to choose it as a long-term partner.

CEO Shin Seung-won said, “This award is a shared achievement for both Shifty members and customers,” and added, “We will strengthen our quality and technological capabilities to position ourselves as the best human resources management partner in response to the rapidly changing work environment and technology.”
