Legal AI platform Allybee hosts webinar on "Key Strategies for Startup Decision-Making."

Based on a standard platform for legal intelligence, we are revealing how to minimize legal risks for startups and small and medium-sized enterprises and how to utilize legal AI in real-world situations.

Attorney Park Shin-ae and CAIO Kim Hyeong-jun introduce practical know-how and prompt guides.

BHSN (CEO Jeong-geun Lim), the operator of legal AI platform allibee, announced that it will hold a webinar titled ‘Presenting Core Strategies for Startup Decision-Making’ on December 11th.

This webinar, in line with Allybee's mission to "enable companies to focus on essential decisions with Legal AI," was designed to present a new way of working, where AI handles repetitive contractual and regulatory work while people focus on strategy and decision-making.

In this webinar, attorney Park Shin-ae (Co-Director of the Digital Asset Center at LKB Pyeongsan Law Firm) will present legal questions and regulatory cases to consider in the early stages of startups, including labor and personnel, personal information, product and service terms and conditions, and new business development, as well as response strategies for business decisions, based on her experience working as an in-house lawyer at a startup.

Next, BHSN CAIO Kim Hyung-jun will present a practical guide to automating companies' repetitive contract and regulatory reviews and risk responses using AI, as well as designing prompts to minimize AI errors and human errors.

The webinar will be held online on the 11th of next month, starting at 2:00 PM. Any startup or SME practitioner interested in Legal AI can register for free on the Eventus website. All attendees will receive a four-week Elliebee subscription and a copy of the presentation materials.

BHSN CEO Lim Jeong-geun said, “Laws and regulations are at the heart of business decision-making, but many startups lack the resources to quickly and accurately review them. Allybee is a platform that helps companies break free from repetitive legal work and focus entirely on essential judgments and growth strategies.”

Meanwhile, BHSN aims to become the standard platform for Asian legal intelligence, and is providing Allybee, a legal AI platform that provides integrated support for all areas of corporate legal affairs and regulations, including contract management (CLM), legal Q&A, regulation, and compliance automation. Major corporations such as CJ CheilJedang, Hanwha Solutions, and Aekyung Chemical are adopting and utilizing this platform.
