Acrylic signs MOU with Woods Infocom

Acryl Co., Ltd. announced on the 27th that it recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for strategic cooperation with Uzinfocom, a subsidiary of the Uzbek Ministry of Digital Development. Through this agreement, Acryl plans to fully launch its digital transformation initiative in Uzbekistan's healthcare sector.

UzInfocom is a key public enterprise responsible for building the Uzbek government's digital infrastructure and modernizing ICT. This collaboration is expected to serve as a crucial bridgehead for Acryl Co., Ltd.'s entry into the Central Asian market.

Acryl Co., Ltd. is already achieving significant results in Uzbekistan's healthcare market. It successfully implemented the hospital information system "NADIA" at the 200-bed Fourth Hospital in 2023. Last October, it formed a consortium with Kangwon National University Hospital and was selected for the "Karakalpakstan Maternal and Child Health IT Environment Survey and Healthcare Capacity Building Project." This project aims to transform the region's maternal and infant healthcare system into an IT-based one.

Acryl is continuously expanding its local presence, including signing an MOU with the Health Insurance Fund of Uzbekistan (SHIF) in March of this year.

An Acrylic official stated, “Through this strategic partnership with Uzinfocom, we will accelerate the establishment of AI infrastructure in the healthcare sector,” and “We plan to expand our business throughout Central Asia by leveraging the synergy between our ongoing maternal and child health project and our experience in building the fourth hospital.”
