Mobility concierge platform company Chabot Mobility (CEO Kang Sung-geun) announced on the 28th that it received the Minister of SMEs and Startups Award in the ‘Working Culture Innovation’ category at the ‘2025 Good Job Awards’ ceremony co-hosted by Edaily and the Economic, Social and Labor Committee.
Chabot Mobility has been highly praised for establishing a foundation for autonomous employee growth in a startup environment and for innovatively restructuring its work culture. Notably, starting in 2024, the company introduced a government job support program to expand internship and field training opportunities. Furthermore, through the "Future Tomorrow Work Experience Internship" and "Apprenticeship School" programs, the company supports young talent by engaging in practical projects and strengthening their capabilities.
We are also committed to fostering talent and creating employment opportunities through collaborations with external organizations and industry-academia. We have expanded our recruitment of both new and experienced talent through participation in recruitment programs such as KB Starters, D.Camp, KB Good Job, and the KITA Job Fair. We also support practical training and job entry for young people through initiatives such as the Sungkyunkwan University and Hanyang University Business Schools' Industry-Academic Collaboration Project and the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry Gyeonggi Human Resources Development Institute's ESG Mentoring Program.
Chabot Mobility has established an organizational culture modeled after Formula One (F1) racing teams. This culture fosters teamwork and agility, fostering employee growth through empathy for the company's vision and goals. Through the DRS project, the company operates a structure that links individual growth to organizational performance, including performance-based bonuses for achieving goals.
Additionally, through a flexible work system, we support employees' childcare, self-development, and personal lives, thereby increasing work productivity and creativity.
CEO Kang Sung-keun said, “This award is a recognition of not only the quantitative expansion of jobs, but also qualitative growth and a culture where employees can work happily,” adding, “Based on our innovative organizational culture, we will set a new standard for the mobility industry.”
