Manman Guys, an eco-friendly MICE solution company, announced on the 27th that it was selected as an excellent company at the '2025 Korea Work-Life Balance Excellent Company' awards ceremony held at the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Seoul.
The "Excellent Work-Life Balance Companies" program selects exemplary companies based on various indicators, including flexible work hours, work hour management, promotion of vacation and leave, childcare support, and improved organizational culture. The program is co-hosted by the Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, the Korea Employers Federation, the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Korea SMEs and Startups Agency, and the Federation of Korean Trade Unions, and organized by the Korea Labor Foundation.
To address the high workload of the MICE industry, Manman Guys has implemented flexible work policies, focusing on flextime and telecommuting. They explain that they operate various work systems to help employees maintain a stable work-life balance.
The company also implemented organizational culture improvements to protect personal time, including minimizing after-hours work contact and separating work-related messaging apps. Through leadership training for mid-level managers and the implementation of an ERP system, the company improved work efficiency and streamlined its internal communication system.
The foundation has also been laid for expanding the childcare support system in the future, including shortened working hours for childcare and support for children's elementary school admission.
Manman Guys announced that they plan to continue their efforts to create a sustainable work environment and improve organizational culture, taking this selection as an excellent company as an opportunity.
