Jisun (CEO Dongjin Han), a specialized company in convergence security solutions, announced on the 2nd that it has signed a strategic partnership with Grusystem (CEO Junman Cha), a company specializing in public safety, smart city, and local government ICT businesses, in the conference room on the 7th floor of its headquarters.

Through this agreement, the two companies plan to jointly discover and promote public safety and smart city projects by combining Jison's permanent security solutions with Grusystem's public project planning, proposal, and operation capabilities for local governments, public institutions, educational institutions, public sports facilities, and parks nationwide.

Jisun will provide 24/7 response solutions based on its own patented technologies, including ▲Alpha-I, a smart wireless wiretapping constant defense system ▲Alpha-H, a wireless backdoor hacking detection system ▲Alpha-C, a constant illegal filming detection system, and will also provide technical support, training, and consulting.

Leveraging its ICT business network with numerous local governments and public institutions, Grusystem will be responsible for project proposals, on-site implementation, maintenance, and overall operations. The two companies will jointly design a "Life Safety/Smart Safety" business model specifically tailored to local governments, park management offices, sports parks, public libraries, public restrooms, and other facilities closely related to the public's daily lives. They also plan to gradually expand the collaborative structure with telecommunications companies and maintenance providers.

Han Dong-jin, CEO of Jisun, said, “Groosystem is a public safety and smart city specialized company that has been proven in everyday life sites such as local government building management, sports facilities, parks, and environmental management offices.” He added, “The combination of Jisun’s constant security technology and Grusystem’s field network will contribute to the establishment of a systematic public security infrastructure in local governments and public institutions nationwide.”
