"Sojip" is designed to complement the limitations of individual responses in disputes involving multiple victims and to integrate and manage the process of securing evidence, providing legal advice, and publicizing information in a single, streamlined manner, tailored to the nature of the case.
J&F launched the group to address structural issues that make it difficult for scattered victims to respond individually. Indeed, J&F has achieved substantial relief results in existing real estate class action lawsuits, including securing the full refund of the deposit and forgiveness of the down payment debt in a lawsuit over the return of an officetel pre-sale deposit.
Recently, we've noted the rapid spread of similar types of damage not only in real estate but also in the financial sector.
