Brain Commerce (CEO Shin-Geun Yoon and Hee-Seung Hwang), a career platform operated by Job Planet, announced on the 2nd that it had announced the 'Top 10 Companies with Excellent Ratings in Q1-Q3 2025'.
This report, based on 2025 data from companies with at least 50 reviews, reflects satisfaction scores across four categories: overall satisfaction, salary and benefits, work-life balance, and corporate culture. All ratings are calculated on a 5-point scale.
Looking at the ratings, the order of the 10 companies is as follows: Kia (4.56), Hyundai Motor Company (4.53), SK Hynix (4.42), Naver (4.41), Hyundai Mobis (4.24), Samsung SDS (4.21), SK Telecom (4.2), Kookmin Bank (4.18), Nonghyup Economic Holdings (3.98), and Philip Morris Korea (3.84).
These companies received generally positive reviews for their competitive salaries, welfare programs, and horizontal corporate cultures. All of the companies in the top 10 were large corporations, with Philip Morris Korea being the only foreign company to make the list.
In particular, the manufacturing/chemical industry included four companies—Kia, Hyundai Motor Company, SK Hynix, and Hyundai Mobis—showing that overall job satisfaction in the manufacturing industry remains high. Among them, Kia and SK Hynix demonstrated their overwhelming competitiveness in compensation, scoring 4.66 and 4.63 points, respectively, in the salary and benefits categories.
In the IT, web, and telecommunications sectors, Naver and SK Telecom ranked high. Naver excelled in salary/benefits and corporate culture, while SK Telecom excelled in salary/benefits and work-life balance.
Kookmin Bank was included in the banking/finance sector, while Nonghyup Economic Holdings was included in the institutional/association sector. Kookmin Bank received high marks for salary and benefits, while Nonghyup Economic Holdings received high marks for work-life balance. Philip Morris Korea was the only foreign company to make the top 10, demonstrating strength in both salary and benefits and work-life balance.
A Jobplanet representative stated, “This TOP 10 is a ranking based on actual experience data from working people, rather than a simple aggregate of ratings,” and added, “We will continue to strive to provide job seekers with practical insights based on reliable data.”
