Omelet, an AI-based industrial decision-making platform company, announced on the 1st that it has secured pre-A investment from Industrial Bank of Korea, Hyundai Technology Investment, BNK Investment & Securities, and Hyundai Motor Company Zero One.
Omelette is a company specializing in Optimization AI (OaaSIS), which combines AI and mathematical optimization to automate complex decision-making in industrial settings. Its core technology, Oasis (OaaSIS, Optimization AI Agent System for Industrial Solutions), is a no-code optimization platform that allows companies to create their own AI agents and apply them to field operations. Omelette is currently generating efficiency improvements across diverse industries, including manufacturing, logistics, and defense, and is growing rapidly.
With this investment, Omelette plans to fully launch an AI agent-based optimization platform that can be immediately deployed in industrial settings and accelerate decision-making automation across industries. The plan is to evolve Omelette into a decision-making operating system (OS), where AI goes beyond simple predictions and suggests optimal options when companies input data.
“Omelette has built its own inference-based optimization AI Foundation model and implemented an AI agent that can think for itself and draw conclusions regardless of the industry,” said Shin Dong-woo, team leader at Hyundai Technology Investment. “We expect to leap forward as a leading domestic AI agent company through cooperation with major domestic corporations and the defense sector.”
Park Jin-gyu, CEO of Omelette, said, “This investment is a significant milestone for us to grow beyond a technology startup into a platform company that fundamentally revolutionizes industrial decision-making structures with AI. We will create a global standard for industrial AI where AI makes decisions and executes on its own.”
