Moss Secures Follow-Up Investment from Fair VC

Silicon Valley-based AI assistant startup Viamoss Inc. (Co-CEOs Junil Kim and Subin Han) announced on the 4th that it had secured follow-up investment from Pear VC, a Silicon Valley seed and pre-seed specialist VC, just three months after its first investment from Crew Capital.

Fair VC consistently ranks among Forbes' Midas List Top 10 VCs, and has experience in discovering unicorn companies such as Dropbox, DoorDash, Gusto, Branch, and Biz.ai at their early stages. Moss's first investment firm, Krew Capital, also focuses on investing in Korean and American entrepreneurs, assisting them in securing follow-on funding from leading early-stage US VC firms.

Moss' core service, "Moss," is an in-app AI assistant that analyzes the user's screen and context in real time and guides them through product features step-by-step in B2B SaaS environments. Unlike existing tooltips, instructional videos, and help center articles, it provides visual guidance directly on the screen, increasing user efficiency and reducing dropout rates during the initial conversion phase.

Moss is currently building design partnerships and piloting with various global B2B SaaS companies, including fintech, CRM, sales, and logistics software. With this Fair VC investment, Moss will also join the early-stage entrepreneur accelerator program PearX W26, and will pursue a full product launch and global expansion, targeting $3 million in annual recurring revenue.

To achieve this, Moss plans to ▲expand PoCs and pilots with U.S. B2B SaaS companies ▲enhance dashboards and playbooks for growth, product, and customer success teams ▲develop security and governance layers required for web application manipulation.

Co-CEOs Kim Jun-il and Han Su-bin stated, “Moss is a product that recognizes the user’s current status and designs the optimal path to the final goal,” and added, “It will solve the structural inefficiencies that arise in B2B SaaS practices and provide an ‘experience’ rather than an ‘explanation.’”
