The Korea SMEs and Startups Agency (KOSME) has received certification for its "People-Friendly Communication."

The Korea SMEs and Startups Agency announced on the 4th that it had received the ‘National Communication Friendly’ certification.

The National Communication-Friendly Certification is awarded to local governments and public institutions based on their policies and achievements in enhancing communication, participation, and transparency. The certification is independently reviewed jointly by the Korea SMEs and Startups Certification Institute and Yonhap News TV. The certification aims to help institutions build trust with diverse stakeholders.

On the 3rd, a certificate and certification plaque award ceremony was held in the conference room of Yonhap News TV with the attendance of Director Eom Jin-yeop, Chairman Kang Seok-jin, and CEO Ahn Su-hoon.

Based on its public communication strategy, the Korea SMEs and Startups Agency is continuing its efforts to communicate with various stakeholders through ▲press relations activities ▲holding field-oriented meetings ▲operating media and channels.

“This certification is the result of the agency’s continuous efforts to communicate with all stakeholders,” said Kang Seok-jin, CEO of the Korea SMEs and Startups Agency. “We will continue to fulfill our role as a leading organization in public communication.”

Jin-yeop Eom, President of the Korea SMEs and Startups Agency, said, “I hope that the Korea SMEs and Startups Agency will establish itself as a public institution that is trusted by the public.”
