V-Dream (CEO Minji Kim), which operates the disabled artist creative platform 'V-Art Gallery', announced that it has introduced the 'V-Art Bridge' system to support the sustainable creative activities of disabled artists.

V Art Gallery, a brand that expands the work of disabled artists into everyday goods, fostering independence and social engagement through art, officially launched in July. By producing custom goods based on the unique creations of disabled artists, the brand offers a new model for connecting art and business, realizing social value.

This system aims to help disabled artists expand their creative activities beyond simple exhibition and sales into a creative ecosystem with marketability and stability. Specifically, it addresses structural limitations that have long been identified as issues in the creative process, such as opaque profit distribution and delayed settlements. Key elements include the introduction of new, clear royalty calculation criteria and a quarterly settlement system.

This settlement structure is expected to alleviate the economic uncertainty faced by disabled artists and serve as a foundation for fostering a virtuous cycle of creation, profit, and re-creation. V-Dream aims to expand the creative activities of disabled artists to a wider range of channels and stages through the introduction of this system.
We plan to continue expanding our support activities, including IP protection, exhibition planning, brand collaboration, merchandise development, and new creator discovery programs.

V Dream CEO Kim Min-ji said, “Transparent accounting is the most basic respect for artists and the starting point for creating a sustainable art ecosystem.” She added, “V Art Gallery will continue to coexist with disabled artists based on fair operation and transparent accounting, and will strengthen various collaborations and support so that the domestic disabled art industry can grow.”

Meanwhile, Vdream is Korea's leading company specializing in HR solutions for people with disabilities. It developed "Flipped," a work-from-home-based human resources management system, integrating all stages of the disability employment process into a single platform, including AI-powered job design, tenure management, performance management, attendance and attendance management, and document and process management. Building on this foundation, Vdream is transforming the employment environment for people with disabilities for over 450 clients, including large corporations, mid-sized companies, and public institutions across various industries.
