Through this introduction, S&I will further enhance the expertise and efficiency of its fire safety management and present a new standard for "AI-based smart safety management" to the industry. This project was implemented as part of the company's digital technology innovation efforts following the appointment of Chief Digital Transformation Officer (CDO) Yang Ho-cheol in March. Since piloting the AI fire safety agent in October, S&I facility management staff have been actively utilizing it at various commercial real estate facility management sites. When field inquiries are submitted to the AI agent, accurate and professional responses are provided in real time based on domestic and international fire regulations and field manuals, significantly improving on-site response speed and work efficiency.
Furthermore, with the prevention of major accidents emerging as a core corporate priority, the introduction of AI agents has further systematized worker protection and safety compliance. The plan is to expand AI agent technology to all areas of real estate management, including mechanical, electrical, landscaping, and construction, through future technological advancements.
S&I's fire safety AI agent was developed based on 50 years of proptech expertise and system construction expertise. Previously, S&I pioneered the digital transformation of real estate management by introducing cutting-edge real estate management systems, including the industry's first Remote Monitoring System (RMS) and Integrated Operations Center (IOC).
