Brils Receives Association President's Award at '2025 Innobiz Day'

Robotics company Brils announced on the 5th that its CEO, Jeon Jin, received the Association President's Award in the job creation category at the '2025 Innobiz Day' hosted by the Small and Medium Business Technology Innovation Association (Innobiz Association).

Innobiz Day is an event hosted by the Innobiz Association, an affiliate of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, to discover and reward Innobiz companies that have contributed to technological innovation and job creation. This year's event was held on the 4th at the Grand Mercure Imperial Palace in Seoul, with approximately 300 attendees, including government officials and related organizations. Jeon Jin, CEO of Brils, was selected as the recipient for his contributions to creating quality jobs by expanding employment and improving working conditions.

Brils has been actively recruiting talent, capitalizing on the growth of the robotics automation solutions sector. As of 2024, it recorded a 134.2% year-on-year increase in employment, and its efforts to improve the quality of employment beyond mere staffing were recognized. Notably, it maintains a hiring policy focused on full-time employees, fostering a stable workforce. Approximately 60% of its workforce consists of technical positions, including robotics technology development, manufacturing, installation, operation, maintenance, and automation process planning.

Brils also cultivates future technology talent through a work-study program and industry-academia collaboration programs with specialized high schools and universities (Hanyang University ERICA, Korea University of Engineering, Seoul Artificial Intelligence High School, Samil Technical High School, Seongnam Techno Science High School, etc.). Furthermore, Brils has received high praise for its welfare policies that consider work-life balance, such as expanding the hiring of disabled and female employees, operating a flexible work schedule, and allowing early dismissal every Friday. These efforts have led to Brils being recognized as a "Youth Employment Powerhouse" by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and a "Family-Friendly Certified Company" by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family.

CEO Jeon Jin said, “As the company grows, it is a key responsibility of management to create an environment where all employees can work happily,” adding, “We will contribute to strengthening the competitiveness of the robotics industry by establishing a sustainable employment structure and fostering technical talent.”
