Allganize , an all-in-one LLM solution provider, announced on the 8th that it has won a contract to build KEPCO KDN's generative AI service, "KDN GPT." With this contract, Allganize strengthens its position in the public sector, following its contract with Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) last year.
Allganize plans to build a generative AI service tailored to KEPCO KDN, based on its AI work automation platform, Alli. This will enhance the work efficiency of KEPCO KDN employees and continuously enhance their AI capabilities.
This project focuses on building customized GPT services for each task, leveraging Allganize's Agent RAG (Augmented Search Generation) technology. When KEPCO KDN employees ask questions in natural language, accurate answers are provided based on internal documents and databases. This also supports LLM-based work efficiency and automation.
The Agent RAG solution analyzes the requester's intent to identify accurate grounds for responses, providing hallucination-free information. It also enhances practical usability through a data type-specific search system and integration with internal systems and messengers. Administrator features enable continuous improvement of service quality, including access statistics and query management.
Allganize provides specialized RAG solutions, including AI OCR, to leverage various document formats like JPG, PDF, and HWP for AI services. It refines internal documents to improve search accuracy and also supports basic LLM functions such as question-answering, document summarization, and natural language generation. Furthermore, multi-LLM, including the fine-tuned "Alpha V2" model, allows for optimal model selection based on specific business requirements.
Lee Won-gang, Vice President of Organize, said, “Organize has proven its technological prowess by supplying the AI Agent-based LLM platform ‘Ali’ to over 300 domestic and foreign clients,” and “We will utilize our accumulated know-how to build an optimized generative AI service so that KEPCO KDN executives and employees can experience a real improvement in work efficiency.”
