Inka Financial Services (CEO Choi Byeong-chae and Cheon Dae-kwon) announced on the 8th that it has signed a business agreement (MOU) with Jenny Medical Co., Ltd., a medical and nursing outsourcing specialist, and will provide ‘peace of mind nursing services’ to customers.
This agreement was designed to address the growing burden of care costs and demand for care due to an aging population. Inka Financial Services plans to enhance customer satisfaction by linking existing care insurance products with practical care services that provide rapid access to qualified personnel when care is actually needed.
JENNIELMEDICAL has 21 years of experience in specialized medical outsourcing. It partners with 15 large hospitals with over 500 beds and employs over 1,000 dedicated nursing professionals. By providing a workforce trained through its own specialized training system, JENNIELMEDICAL has established a high level of trust in its quality of service.
This agreement allows Inka Financial Services customers using the "Zencare Peace of Mind Care" service to enjoy the following benefits: priority and expedited assignment of caregivers upon request, assignment of highly qualified caregivers who have completed specialized training, and discounts on caregiving fees. Furthermore, the dedicated customer matching system will address the challenges faced by caregivers, and a discount of ₩3,000 per day, up to ₩30,000, will be provided for caregivers exceeding three days.
