Gomi Corporation Vietnam announced on the 9th that it has secured the official K-beauty vendor code from NORM Pharmacy, a Cambodian premium drugstore chain. With this vendor code issuance, Gomi Corporation will begin supplying K-beauty products through all distribution channels operated by NORM Pharmacy, including offline stores nationwide, apps, and online malls.
NORM Pharmacy operates over 110 stores, primarily in Phnom Penh. Based on a pharmacist-led, expert consultation system and a curated strategy focused on global brands, it is recognized as Cambodia's most trusted health and beauty retail platform. Its app and online mall have amassed over 10 million cumulative users, and the K-beauty sector, particularly premium skincare and functional cosmetics, is experiencing remarkable growth.
With this vendor code secured, Gomi Corporation plans to expand its offerings of K-beauty brands across various categories, including skincare, body care, and fashion beauty. A Gomi Corporation representative stated, "Securing an official partnership with Cambodia's most influential premium drugstore chain will serve as a crucial foundation for our penetration of the local market. We will strengthen our role as a distribution hub for K-beauty brands in Southeast Asia."
The two companies plan to expand their collaboration in the future, including introducing new brands, operating in-store promotions and online and offline campaigns, testing a flagship store centered in Phnom Penh, and strengthening the functional cosmetics and dermocosmetics categories.
