QR ordering solution with no brokerage fees or delivery tips… Full-scale expansion of self-delivery service in Gangseo-gu

Mokoflex Co., Ltd. (CEO Park Na-ra) announced that it will be expanding the supply of its in-store delivery conversion solution, ‘Qro Delivery,’ focusing on the Gangseo-gu area of Seoul.

Qro Delivery is a solution that encourages customers to place delivery orders directly at the store, based on store-specific QR code flyers. Its unique feature is that delivery orders received via QR code are exempt from any brokerage fees, delivery tips, or other fees, excluding PG payments, thereby increasing store owners' profitability.

Since its official launch in September, Qro Delivery has been implemented in various F&B industries, including pork belly and snack bars, within three months. The service has also seen significant conversion effects, with customer delivery orders generated through Qro Delivery in November increasing by approximately six times compared to the previous month.

Gangseo-gu, Seoul, where Qro Delivery is now being fully launched, has a high proportion of single-person households and office workers, which are the main delivery customer base, and is also one of the top-ranked self-employed business owners in Seoul, such as those running delivery-only stores and restaurants. This makes it an area where there was a high demand for switching to self-delivery instead of delivery platforms.

To ensure a stable delivery service, Qro Delivery is collaborating with rider agency agencies located in Gangseo-gu, including Barogo, Burung, and Jendili. The company also offers free design and production of in-store QR code flyers for new customers.

Park Na-ra, CEO of Mokoflex, said, “As we eliminate unnecessary fees through the Qro business, we are creating a virtuous cycle in which customers are voluntarily enhancing customer benefits such as first-order discounts and 10% point accumulation,” and added, “We will not stop at simply providing solutions, but will continuously strive for optimization so that repeat orders can occur.”
