HNIX (CEO Dong-won Cha) , a total IT service specialist, announced on the 10th that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Cieyes (CEO Hae-yong Choi), a digital healthcare solution specialist, to accelerate healthcare digital transformation (DX) and expand joint markets.
This agreement primarily focuses on consulting and technology verification (PoC) tailored to the actual operating environment of medical staff for integrated service functions such as smart nurse calls, emergency call bells, fall detection, electronic name tags, and video consultations at hospitals under the Asan Social Welfare Foundation, a client of HNIX.
Through this, the two companies plan to pursue various projects and joint programs aimed at improving customer experience and discovering new business opportunities, and to cooperate in expanding the market and developing sales channels by jointly participating in medical beauty industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and other exhibitions.
C-Eyes provides a one-stop solution for digital healthcare solutions, encompassing development, production, installation, and maintenance. Its smart electronic name tags (ID cards) utilize Wi-Fi or Ethernet communication, complementing the shortcomings of existing ZigBee and Bluetooth technologies. Built-in BLE scanner and gateway functionality enable integration with wearable medical devices and Real-Time Land Locator (RTLS) asset tracking systems. These devices also support high-capacity, long-distance transmission, constant power, immediate event response, and real-time data updates.
“Our collaboration with HNIX will contribute to providing efficient and safe services to both medical staff and patients by incorporating cutting-edge IT into the medical environment,” said Choi Hae-yong, CEO of C-Eyes.
HNIX CEO Cha Dong-won stated, “We will use this agreement as a starting point to create a medical IT environment that impresses customers and to focus on the smart digital healthcare solutions sector as a future growth engine.”
