dSPECTER announced that it has signed a “Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for joint research and technology cooperation in AI and robotics” with Cross Labs, an AI research institute located in Kyoto, Japan.
Through this agreement, both parties will conduct joint research focusing on core technologies such as multi-agent systems, world model-based robot intelligence, edge AI autonomous movement, and multi-robot orchestration. They also plan to pursue pilot projects and joint validation experiments in real-world robotic environments, as well as collaborative projects with industrial customers in Korea and Japan. This agreement serves as a strategic bridgehead for both companies to expand their business in both countries.
Dispecter provides a robot operation platform, simulation environment, and field data, while Cross Labs supports technology development based on AI, mathematical modeling, and multi-agent research capabilities. Both parties will focus on strengthening the connection between research and real-world environments and verifying the applicability of the technology based on actual customer needs.
Disspector CEO Eum Byung-chan stated, "This collaboration will be a practical partnership that closely links research and field application." A Cross Labs representative added, "Disspector's field-based capabilities will accelerate the validation and application of research results."
