POSCO E&C received the Presidential Award at the "2025 Venture Startup Promotion Awards" hosted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. The ceremony, held on December 10th at the COEX Grand Ballroom in Seoul, was attended by key figures in the venture ecosystem, including officials from the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Korea Venture Business Association.
The company won the Presidential Award in the cloud service category at the 'Korea Internet Awards' hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT last November, and also received an award for its contribution to the promotion of venture startups.
The Venture and Startup Promotion Award is a government award given to companies and individuals who have contributed to the development of the venture ecosystem. POSCO CEO Park Mi-kyung was highly recognized for her 30-year history of domestically developing electronic document software, leading the growth of the domestic electronic document market and digital transformation, and for her contributions to building a contactless work environment across the public and private sectors through cloud-based electronic contract services.
POSCO's flagship solutions, Oz Report and Oz eForm, have been adopted as standard systems by public institutions such as the Post Office, National Tax Service, Ministry of the Interior and Safety, and Ministry of Health and Welfare, as well as various industries such as finance, manufacturing, and distribution. The cloud-based electronic contract service, "eFormSign," has significantly lowered the barriers to entry for digital transformation for small and medium-sized enterprises and venture companies with its reasonable pricing and easy implementation environment, and is also being utilized by public and large corporations.
POSCO holds over 20 patented technologies in the field of electronic documents and was selected as a supplier for the Ministry of Science and ICT's cloud and remote service voucher program, supporting the establishment of a remote environment and the expansion of cloud services across companies. Recently, POSCO commercialized AI electronic document automation technology based on Naver CLOVA X.
CEO Park Mi-kyung said of this award, “This is the fruition of our efforts to pioneer the market with electronic document technology over the past 30 years,” and added, “We will continue to strengthen the global competitiveness of domestic electronic document technology and support the digital innovation of companies and organizations through our AI-based next-generation electronic document platform.”
