Wello, "A plan to provide all necessary support to companies preparing for government-backed and procurement projects."

With the government's 2026 budget finalized at 728 trillion won, the opportunity to explore national support systems and public procurement opportunities for businesses at a glance and receive free support from project application to selection opens.

AI-based governance technology company Wello (CEO Yu-Rianna Kim) announced on the 11th that it will hold a 'Biz Pass' event that will refund 100% of the subscription fee for 'Wello Biz', a public business management SaaS platform for companies.

Wellobiz is Korea's only platform that automatically selects customized projects for businesses using AI, helping them translate the benefits of expanded government budgets into tangible results. Leveraging AI and big data technologies like Bid Management Optimization (BRM) and Customer Development Systems (CDS), it connects approximately 630,000 key projects across 30,000 organizations, including the Public Procurement Service, reducing project search time by up to 18 times compared to manual processes. As of October 2025, the number of Wellobiz-affiliated companies surpassed 7,000, demonstrating 600% growth in just two years since its launch.

This fee refund event is open to all companies that benefit from government support projects or experience their first successful bid for a procurement project through Wellobiz. Both new and existing Wellobiz subscribers can participate.

Refund offers also vary. Wellobiz offers a tiered plan, ranging from 330,000 won to 12 million won per year, based on company size and business stage. Refund events are available for a total of four plans.

The Starter Plan offers support project exploration, application, and management capabilities, while the Premium Plan adds support for all aspects of procurement and investment projects, complementing the Starter Plan. Furthermore, the Concierge Plan offers a specialized annual roadmap and dedicated team support for each project, either through the Support Project Concierge or Procurement Concierge services offered in the Premium Plan. The Dual Concierge Plan integrates both the support and procurement concierge functions offered in the Premium Plan, maximizing a company's access to diverse business opportunities.

BizPass refund conditions vary by plan. Among the Starter and Concierge plans, the Support Project Concierge provides a full refund if at least one government-supported project is selected. The Procurement Project Concierge provides a full refund upon the first successful bid for a procurement project. The Premium Plan provides a refund if either a government-supported project or a procurement project is selected. Finally, the Dual Concierge Plan provides a refund if both conditions are met. If one condition is met, the standard Concierge amount is refunded. Further details can be found on the Wellobiz official website.

Wello aims to lower the barriers to entry for public projects and prepare for government support applications in 2026, thereby increasing the success rate of Wellobiz member companies in attracting projects. With the scale of government support projects expected to significantly expand next year, Wellobiz's AI-based, customized project exploration feature is expected to become a key tool for improving operational efficiency. Indeed, with the growing number of projects from the government, local governments, and public institutions, utilizing Wellobiz can significantly alleviate the challenges faced by companies in directly reviewing and evaluating all announcements.

“We plan to provide all the necessary support, from the business exploration stage to providing an annual roadmap, to companies preparing for government-supported and procurement projects in 2026,” said Kim Yu-ri-anna, CEO of Wellobiz. “Wellobiz’s AI-based solutions will become the best business partners that can brighten a better future for not only individuals but also companies.”
