Pinda received the Minister of Gender Equality and Family Award for "Excellent Corporate-Tailored Diversity Training."

Fintech company Finda announced on the 12th that it was selected as an outstanding institution in the "2025 Corporate Customized Diversity Education Best Practice Contest," hosted by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family and the Korea Institute for Gender Equality Education and Promotion, and received the Minister of Gender Equality and Family Award. The awards ceremony took place the previous day at the "2025 Corporate Customized Diversity Education Achievement Sharing Workshop" held at the Korea Press Center in Jung-gu, Seoul, and was attended by CEOs and HR and organizational management officials from approximately 80 companies.

Pinda received high praise for establishing an organizational culture that respects the diversity of its members through improvements in working methods, expansion of female leadership, and strengthening of a fair evaluation system. The company's implementation of strategies to enhance organizational productivity and corporate value was also recognized as a best practice.

On this day, Finda also shared examples of organizational culture and institutional improvements under the theme, "From Resolving Financial Information Imbalances to Organizational Equality." Lee Jae-kyung, Finda's Head of Human Resources, presented her experience leveraging diversity as a business strategy and outlined plans to create a fair environment where competencies are recognized without barriers based on gender, age, experience, or education. She explained how Finda has strengthened its Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) values through transparent evaluations and personnel management systems.

Lee Jae-kyung, head of human resources, said, “In line with our role as a company to address the imbalance of financial information, we are focusing on minimizing discrimination and expanding diversity within the company.” He added, “We will continue to establish systems that enable our members to grow fairly and safely by emphasizing diversity and equity as core business strategies.”
