Cleantopia, a domestic laundry franchise, announced on the 12th that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with YS Company, a specialist in move-in fairs, to enter the new apartment move-in cleaning market. This agreement is based on Cleantopia's management philosophy of providing reasonable and essential services.
The signing ceremony took place at YS Company's headquarters and was attended by Cleantopia B2B Director Jang Yoon-hyeok, YS Company CEO Son Hyeong-wook, General Manager Choi Ji-hoon, and other officials. Through this collaboration, the two companies plan to strengthen the expertise of their new apartment move-in cleaning services and expand their market presence by enhancing customer satisfaction based on high-quality service.
Cleantopia's strategy, presented at the move-in fair, is to secure customer trust by offering standardized cleaning services at reasonable prices, with headquarters staff conducting on-site consultations. The company launched its home cleaning service last year, leveraging its expertise in contaminant analysis and removal, cultivated over 33 years of experience in the laundry industry. It offers customized services for moving, moving-in, and remodeling situations, and its pricing is set at 9,900 won per pyeong, ensuring transparency. Furthermore, Cleantopia has strengthened its on-site response capabilities through real-name managers and a pre-training system. Within eight months of launching, the company's move-in cleaning service saw its average daily number of requests increase more than fivefold.
YS Company, the official organizer of the e-Pyeonhansesang Gangdong Prestige Support tenant fair, will expand its collaboration with Cleantopia, starting with the fair in January next year. Residents of the proposed complex will receive a variety of benefits, including discounts on construction items, appliances, and furniture, along with Cleantopia's laundry service. The two organizations also plan to collaborate on joint promotional development and the expansion of their home cleaning services.
