The Gangwon Center for Creative Economy and Innovation (CEO Lee Hae-jeong) and the Gangwon AX Committee announced that they will hold the "Gangwon AX Industry Ecosystem Forum" at 1:30 PM on December 17th in the first-floor conference room of the Chuncheon ICT Venture Center. The forum will feature expert lectures and in-depth discussions on the topic of "Cooperation Plans for the Development of the AX Industry in 2026."
In the first part of the lecture, ▲Chuncheon Bio Industry's AX Promotion Direction (Kim Kyung-hwan, Director of the Strategic Planning Office, Chuncheon Bio Industry Promotion Agency) ▲AI-based R&D technology and demonstration cases (Ahn Sang-seop, CEO of Geomaxsoft) ▲Direction of building a physical AX demonstration ecosystem connecting Gangwon manufacturing, tourism, medical care, and public services (Son Byeong-hee, Head of Mind AI Headquarters) will be presented.
In Part 2, Gangwon Innovation Center CEO Lee Hae-jeong will moderate an in-depth AX Committee discussion on "Cooperation for the Development of the AX Industry in 2026." The forum is open to anyone interested in the Gangwon region's AX industry, including startups, officials from related organizations, students, and the general public. Meanwhile, the Gangwon Innovation Center officially launched the Gangwon AX Committee on August 26, 2025, to build an AI/AX ecosystem in the Gangwon region. The AX Committee, comprised of 13 members representing the government, local governments, academia, related organizations, local broadcasters, and startups, aims to support growth through cooperation with local AX-related organizations, startup discovery, and inter-company matching.
