Data platform service company NexoneSoft (CEO Choi Deok-hoon) announced on the 12th that it received a commendation from the President of the Korea Internet & Security Agency in recognition of its achievements in establishing a national trust system.

The Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA) awards awards to organizations that have contributed to the expansion of the electronic signature authentication industry. NexoneSoft received the KISA President's Award in recognition of its contributions to establishing the standard technology foundation for simple authentication and electronic signatures and promoting the spread of standard technologies through the establishment and operation of the Digital Authentication Expansion Center.

NexoneSoft has operated a digital certification expansion center to ▲develop and verify simple authentication and electronic signature standard technologies, ▲distribute integrated electronic signature modules, and ▲enhance connectivity between certification providers. Furthermore, by shifting from the existing system-specific approach, which was divided into systems and institutions under the Electronic Signature Act, to ▲integrated provision of electronic signature-related information, ▲systematization of certification review management, ▲development of a trust list management function, ▲improvement of the usage expansion support environment, and ▲electronic signature specification verification environment, this center provides functions such as ▲enhanced provision of electronic signature-related information, ▲systematization of certification review management, ▲development of a trust list management function, ▲improvement of the usage expansion support environment, and ▲electronic signature standard verification environment, all in a single, integrated support portal, contributing to enhanced security and convenience of simple authentication and electronic signature management systems.

In particular, by providing international standard electronic signature creation and verification results through the integrated electronic signature support portal, we have provided a verification function close to the actual environment, and have improved the support environment by providing guides for each subject in detail, such as user organizations, intermediary operators, electronic signature certification operators, and MyData operators in all fields.

This was highly praised for strengthening the reliability of standard technologies for simple authentication and electronic signatures, increasing operational efficiency, and contributing to expanding their universality. Going forward, NexoneSoft plans to actively collaborate with KISA to expand the electronic signature standard technology to user organizations, intermediaries, and other MyData providers in the telecommunications, healthcare, and public sectors.

NexoneSoft CEO Choi Deok-hoon said, “One of NexoneSoft’s important achievements is contributing to the advancement of management systems for authentication technologies, including electronic signatures, and the spread of standard technologies with NexoneSoft’s expertise,” and expressed his ambition by saying, “With this award as an opportunity, we will focus on advancing standard technologies and spreading their use in accordance with the national trust system policy.”
