Fulfillment service provider Poomgo has been selected as the top logistics provider by Naver's N Delivery service, demonstrating its superior logistics operations capabilities.

The "Five Promises Guarantee System," which formalizes internal operating guidelines, will be implemented starting in September 2022, maintaining a 99.6% compliance rate.

Doohands, which operates the fulfillment service 'Poomgo', announced on the 12th that it was selected as the No. 1 logistics company for Naver's 'N Delivery' in the third quarter of 2025 in recognition of its excellent logistics operation capabilities.

Naver's "N Delivery" Outstanding Logistics Providers are selected based on Naver's internal criteria. These providers are recognized for their contributions to improving the quality of N Delivery services. Poomgo is the first in the industry to introduce the "Five Promises Guarantee," providing a high-quality logistics service. Implemented in September 2022, the "Five Promises Guarantee" formalizes Poomgo's internal operational guidelines for fulfilling its commitments to its customers. These guidelines include: 100% same-day shipment for B2C orders, 100% compliance with B2B delivery dates, 100% compensation for B2C delivery accidents, 100% same-day delivery, and guaranteed inventory accuracy. To date, Poomgo has maintained a 99.6% compliance rate with these five promises, demonstrating its service reliability.

Naver operates its "N Delivery" service, leveraging logistics solution technology and delivery data in collaboration with NFA partners, providing a fast and accurate delivery experience. Specifically, Poomgo offers a "24-hour order cutoff," allowing orders placed by 11:59 PM on weekdays to be shipped the same day for next-day delivery, and a "7-day delivery" policy that allows for delivery on Sundays. This allows Naver to reliably deliver on "N Delivery" same-day and Sunday deliveries. Even during periods of surges in orders due to late-night shopping live events and brand promotions, the company maintains the same level of logistics quality as usual.

Company A, which is currently using "N Delivery," expressed high satisfaction with Poomgo's accurate and fast logistics processing. Even during the promotional period, it achieved a near-100% delivery rate, strengthening customer trust. The company also positively evaluated the daily delivery guarantee.
