ReadyPost Receives the 2025 Minister's Award for Merit in Venture Business Promotion

ReadyPost (CEO Kwak Se-byeong), a digital platform company for urban planning, announced on the 18th that it had received the "2025 Minister's Award for Venture and Startup Promotion" on the 17th. This award is given to companies that have contributed to the development of the venture ecosystem through technological innovation and social value realization, and ReadyPost was recognized for its leading role in the digital transformation of urban planning administration.

ReadyPost has won the Grand Prize in the Living Welfare category at the 'Korea Urban Innovation Industry Expo' hosted by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport in 2022, the Minister of Science and ICT Award for the 'Electronic Document Merit Award' hosted by the Korea Internet & Security Agency in 2024, and including this Minister of SMEs and Startups Award, it has achieved three awards from government ministers.

The company uses digital technology to address the complex procedures and information asymmetry of urban development projects. Its user-centric platform allows any resident to easily understand and participate in the project process. Its flagship service, "General Assembly One-Stop," transforms the mandatory consent process for redevelopment and reconstruction projects into an electronic signature consent form. It also provides members with the ability to participate in online general meetings and electronic voting, free from time and location constraints.

The General Member Stop features an electronic signature system and real-name authentication-based security technology to prevent forgery and falsification. It also enhances the efficiency and transparency of general meetings with features such as real-time consent status tracking, attendance verification, and an automatic tabulation system. Online attendance and electronic voting have the same legal effect as in-person general meetings and support a variety of voting methods, including speaking, yes/no, and multiple-choice voting. Administrative burden-reducing technologies, such as automated issuance of registration documents, automated roster management, and identity verification-based rights information retrieval, have also been implemented.

This award demonstrates ReadyPost's commitment to innovation in urban planning, combining technological prowess with public service. The company plans to continue advancing the digital transformation of urban planning through initiatives such as: enhancing its resident participation-based platform; standardizing its urban planning project management system; and expanding collaboration with public institutions and local governments.

A ReadyPost representative said, “As the industry’s leading company, we will do our best to provide services that the public can trust and use, and to ensure that urban development projects proceed smoothly.”
