The Korea Human Resources Development Institute (KHRDI) won the grand prize in the public education category at the Web Awards Korea 2025.

The Korea Human Resources Development Institute (KHRDI) announced on the 18th that it had won the grand prize in the public education category at the "Web Awards Korea 2025." Hosted by the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA), the Web Awards Korea awards feature a panel of 4,000 internet experts evaluating websites based on factors such as UI design, technology, content, and service to select the best websites.

On January 1, 2025, the Human Resources Development Institute (HRDI) revamped its Health and Welfare Learning website to reflect the rapidly changing digital learning environment and the growing number of older learners. During the revamp, in-depth interviews (FGIs) were conducted with top learners to analyze their perspectives and identify areas for improvement.

The newly revamped website has received high praise for its improved learning convenience through a learner-centered UI/UX, easy curriculum search function, and expanded provision of personalized learning information.

Bae Nam-young, acting director of the Korea Human Resources Development Institute, said, “This award is significant as it reflects the learner-centered voices that we have redesigned our website.” He added, “We will continue to expand our digital education services, including AI-based learning, to develop into a professional educational institution that learners can trust.”
