The AWS Generative AI Competency is awarded to partners who have successfully built customized solutions using AWS's core generative AI technologies, including Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker AI, AWS Trainium, and AWS Inferentia. This certification is awarded through a rigorous screening process that includes verification of technical capabilities and evaluation of customer case studies.
As an AWS Generative AI Partner, Bespin Global has commercialized various generative AI services by combining its HelpNow Agentic AI platform with Amazon Bedrock. This platform supports companies' digital transformation by providing immediately applicable services in industrial settings, such as customer service response automation, operational document summarization, IT operation automation, and voice-based assistants.
A real-world example is the implementation of an AI voice ordering automation solution at a company operating 1,000 dealerships nationwide. This solution automatically categorized and processed orders, eliminating errors caused by regional dialects and slang. This resulted in significant savings in annual operating costs.
