SKAI Worldwide Acquires Stake in Sky Intelligence

Artificial intelligence (AI) tech solutions company Sky Worldwide (SKAI) is acquiring shares of its affiliate and AI content solutions company Sky Intelligence, launching a growth strategy centered on new AI businesses.

According to the company on the 22nd, Sky Worldwide has decided to invest 23.5677 billion won to acquire an additional 29.65% stake in Sky Intelligence, increasing its total stake to 33.57% after the acquisition. The expected acquisition date is January 30, 2026.

Sky Intelligence is recognized globally for its competitiveness in AI-based content and physical AI, and has collaborated with companies such as LVMH, Kering, Samsung Electronics, and LG Electronics. Furthermore, as a member of the NVIDIA Inception Program, its technological prowess has been validated within the global AI ecosystem.

The company's global network and AI talent pool are also strengths. It has established a presence in Asia, centered around Shanghai and Hangzhou, and operates R&D and business organizations in major cities such as Singapore, Paris, London, and Madrid, accumulating experience in executing multinational projects.

With this equity acquisition, Sky Worldwide aims to provide an integrated AI solution that responds to the era of physical AI by combining existing technologies such as database management, GraphRAG, and ontology solutions with Sky Intelligence's 3D data, robot scanning, and digital twin technologies.
