Criteo and LG CNS Sign Agreement to Strengthen Global Retail Media Partnership

Global commerce platform Criteo (NASDAQ: CRTO) and AI and data-based marketing specialist LG CNS announced on the 24th that they have signed a business cooperation agreement to strengthen their global retail media partnership.

This collaboration aims to build a new commerce media business model that integrates platform and media execution by combining both companies' global e-commerce advertising operations expertise with their data- and AI-driven optimization capabilities. Specifically, the partnership will link Criteo's global commerce media platform with LG CNS's AI-based marketing technology to support domestic companies' global e-commerce market expansion and cross-border business growth.

The two companies will provide data-driven commerce media strategies that simultaneously optimize advertising performance and increase sales and profitability across major global e-commerce channels and digital media environments. Through these strategies, they plan to support leading Korean consumer goods brands, such as K-beauty and K-food, in achieving global market success.

LG CNS's Kim Beom-yong said, "This MOU has laid the foundation for providing both companies' global e-commerce advertising optimization experience to domestic cross-border companies," adding, "We will present a commerce media service that grows together with brands through data and AI-based optimization services."

“Through our partnership with LG CNS, we will help domestic and international advertisers grow efficiently in the global market,” said Kim Do-yoon, CEO of Criteo Korea. “Based on consumer purchase data accumulated over 20 years, we will provide a commerce platform and commerce intelligence that generates tangible results.”
