
Mokoflex Co., Ltd. (CEO Park Na-ra), which operates the franchise integrated management solution 'QRO Biz', announced on the 23rd that it has obtained a verification certificate for intelligent information products eligible for priority purchase from the National Intelligence Service (NIA) and completed certification of the QRO barrier-free kiosk currently in service.
The Ministry of Science and ICT oversees the verification of priority purchase intelligent information products, and it aims to ensure convenience for digitally vulnerable groups, including people with disabilities and the elderly. The Qro Barrier-Free Kiosk has been officially recognized for its accessibility and usability after evaluations by experts and actual users.
The Qro Barrier-Free Kiosk scored a perfect score of 50 points in a total of 47 accessibility items, and also received high scores in efficiency and satisfaction, as actual users, including those with disabilities (upper and lower body), hearing impairments, and the elderly, can easily complete the ordering and payment process.
Mokoflex provides kiosks that meet all the barrier-free features required by the Act on the Prohibition of Discrimination against Persons with Disabilities, such as directional key pads, voice guidance, high contrast, magnification, and low-profile modes. It also provides a QR ordering system free of charge that allows persons with disabilities to conveniently order at the table.
Park Na-ra, CEO of Mokoflex, said, “No customer should experience inconvenience due to technological barriers when using the store,” and added, “We will provide reasonable prices to coexist not only with the socially disadvantaged but also with store owners.”
