Wonders Lab (CEO Han Eui-seon), an AI agent specialized company, announced on the 23rd that it has signed a business agreement (MOU) with messaging AI agent company Zaber (CEO Lee Dong-wook) to accelerate the artificial intelligence transformation (AX, AI Transformation) of local small and medium-sized enterprises.
While discussions about AX for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have recently spread, in practice, AI utilization has been limited due to complex, consulting-centric approaches. In particular, SMEs outside the metropolitan area often find it difficult to adopt AX due to limited access to technical information and infrastructure.
This agreement focuses on implementing "ready-to-use AI" by using the mobile messaging channel familiar to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as a starting point for their AI transformation. The two companies plan to gradually support the automation of repetitive and core business tasks such as marketing, contracts, and customer communications by combining messaging technology with customized AI agents.
Jaber handles customer-facing tasks, including delivering AX-related information, service marketing, customer service, and contract signing, all through messaging channels like KakaoTalk and text messaging. Its strength lies in its ability to handle everything from marketing promotions and surveys to electronic contract signing all within a single channel through message-based communication automation.
Wonders Lab analyzes the work environments and operational practices of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) recruited through Jaber, and designs and supplies customized AI agents optimized for each company. These "executable AI agents" learn a company's unique work context and decision-making structure, performing tasks like actual team members.
Through this collaboration, the two companies plan to expand their collaborative model in stages, including ▲jointly promoting an AX support campaign targeting local small and medium-sized enterprises, ▲developing a package product that combines messaging solutions and business AI agents, and ▲operating a practice-focused AX consulting program exclusively for small and medium-sized enterprises.
Wonders Lab CEO Han Eui-seon said, “The AX of small and medium-sized enterprises must be a system that works right on site,” and added, “Through this agreement, we will make it possible for local small and medium-sized enterprises to experience the change of ‘work being reduced with AI.’”
Jaber CEO Lee Dong-wook stated, “The reason many small and medium-sized businesses feel hesitant about adopting AI is its complexity,” and added, “We will enable them to experience AI in a familiar way through messaging technology and lead real change, starting with the automation of customer contact tasks.”
