Business IT solutions specialist Bizentro announced that it won the grand prize in the IT solution category at the 24th Korea Artificial Intelligence and Software Company Competitiveness Awards held on the 17th.
This award is a result of evaluating the technological prowess and innovation of ZeniAI, a Bizentro AI solution that integrates the entire process from process automation to decision-making and work execution through linking core business solutions such as ERP, MES, HR, and BI with various external systems.
ZeniAI integrates with major systems like ERP, MES, and groupware to analyze user queries, automatically select the most appropriate multi-agent for the task, and execute the entire process. It delivers results through collaboration between agents, and is designed to supplement and correct incomplete input requests, delivering results that align with the user's intent.
These AI capabilities were implemented based on Bizentro's accumulated understanding of business processes and domain experience in various industries both domestically and internationally. This has been recognized for enhancing usability and scalability in real-world business environments.
This awards ceremony was hosted by the Korea Artificial Intelligence and Software Industry Association and sponsored by the Ministry of Science and ICT. The award-winning companies were selected through a comprehensive evaluation of AI technology competitiveness, business scalability, and corporate growth strategies.
