Xenon AI Experience Day Concludes

Xenon, a company specializing in generative AI solutions, announced on the 18th that it held the 4th AI Experience Day, a corporate invitation seminar, and shared its next-generation corporate AI transformation strategy based on actionable AI with approximately 150 key figures from the finance, energy, and public sectors.

AI Experience Day, Xenon's flagship semi-annual event, focuses on generative AI technology trends and corporate adoption cases, discussing the direction of corporate AI transformation. Held on the 16th, the event, themed "From Search to Action," showcased actionable AI technologies that go beyond simple information retrieval to perform and complete real-world tasks, along with corporate AX strategies leveraging these technologies.

In his keynote speech, Xenon CEO Ko Seok-tae assessed the current state of AI adoption in companies and presented a step-by-step AX roadmap. He concluded that companies are currently stuck in the phase of improving RAG-based accuracy and introducing AI agents to perform specific tasks. He explained that the future requires building an integrated environment where AI and humans can collaborate efficiently, and evolving into actionable AI, where AI can make decisions and perform tasks on its own.

In the following customer case presentations, public and financial companies shared the success of implementing Xenon AI solutions. Korea Gas Corporation was the first public institution to implement hybrid LLM in its operations, improving work efficiency. BC Card shared its experience integrating AI technology into its financial big data platform to enhance customer service efficiency.

In the latter session, Xenon experts explained next-generation AI technologies and application strategies. The Xenon Business Development Group presented a direction: AI will operate beyond single business units, integrating diverse data and services in an environment, enabling practical collaboration between people and AI.

Additionally, Xenon Solution Development Group introduced the core technology of OneAgent, an actionable AI solution. OneAgent utilizes computer use and browser use technologies, allowing AI to recognize and directly control a PC screen without the need for separate system integration. The event featured a demonstration of OneAgent integrating multiple applications to complete tasks, from checking emails to scheduling appointments.

Finally, Xenon shared its research and development direction and mid- to long-term AI roadmap from a physical AI perspective, extending beyond software to the physical realm. At the experience zone set up at the event, attendees were able to experience Xenon's AI solutions firsthand and confirm their applicability.
