AI Korea Signs Business Agreement with Envy Cool

AI Korea (CEO Jin-ho Ahn), a company specializing in energy storage system (ESS) infrastructure and autonomous mobile robots (AMR), announced on the 18th that it has signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Envicool, a Chinese global data center liquid cooling system and ESS liquid cooling company, to advance into the data center cooling system market.

With this agreement, AI Korea plans to expand its business beyond its existing ESS infrastructure business into the data center cooling market. It will also leverage its design and construction capabilities and global partner network to secure overseas references in North America and Asia. Through these efforts, the company aims to become a leading integrated solutions provider, encompassing data centers and ESS infrastructure.

EnvyCool is a global company that supplies air-cooled and water-cooled cooling systems for data centers, ESS, and telecommunications equipment. It provides solutions to major global companies such as CATL, NVIDIA, and Intel, and has technological competitiveness optimized for high-performance computing (HPC) environments.

The data center cooling market is rapidly expanding, driven by the growing demand for high-performance computing and AI services, leading to accelerated expansion of global data center infrastructure. This growth is fueling demand for high-efficiency cooling solutions that enhance energy efficiency and thermal management performance. Through this MOU, the two companies plan to leverage their expertise in solution supply, system sales, construction, and maintenance to jointly address the domestic and international data center cooling markets.

An AI Korea official said, “EnvyCool is a proven partner with a global No. 1 reference in the data center and ESS liquid cooling fields,” and added, “Through this agreement, we will expand our ESS infrastructure business capabilities into the data center field and leap forward as a next-generation energy and industry integrated solutions company.”
