Nullsoft and Clinkers Sign MOU to Support Tax Filing for Foreign Workers

Nolisoft Co., Ltd. (CEO Jinhyeok Cheon), which operates the AI-based self-tax filing app ‘Sam157’, announced that it has signed a business agreement (MOU) with Clinkers Co., Ltd. (CEO Seongkwon Seo) to ease the tax filing burden on foreign workers.

Foreign workers often face challenges during the tax filing process, such as language barriers and lack of information. Nullisoft and Clinkers, each with their own tax filing technology expertise and experience providing information to foreigners, are considered complementary. The two companies plan to collaborate on establishing a practical support system for foreign workers, including tax filing guidance, consulting support, and policy information.

CEO Cheon Jin-hyeok stated, “We will increase convenience and accuracy by providing the information necessary for accurate tax reporting in multiple languages,” and “We will establish a foundation to technologically resolve the inconveniences that foreign workers experience during the tax reporting process.”

Meanwhile, Nullisoft has been operating the tax reporting service Sam157 since 2019. Clinkers operates "Glow," a platform that connects the recruitment, settlement, and financing of foreign workers into a single app.
