Daejeon Innovation Center Holds 11th Dream Venture Star Performance Sharing Session

Daejeon Creative Economy Innovation Center (CEO Daehee Park) announced that it held a performance sharing meeting for the '11th Dream Venture Star Support Project' at the Daejeon Startup Park headquarters on the 5th.

The Dream Venture Star (DVS) support project is Daejeon Innovation Center's flagship open innovation program that aims to foster an open innovation startup ecosystem by sharing the results of collaboration between startups and large and medium-sized enterprises and strengthening the collaborative network among participating companies.

At this performance sharing session, seven startups that collaborated with SKT, Hana Securities, Oracle X Uclick, and Hyundai Polytech through the 2025 DVS support project shared joint commercialization achievements and collaboration cases. The participating companies presented their PoC implementation plans, collaboration processes, and key achievements, and discussed ways to expand practical collaboration.

The Daejeon Innovation Center presented plaques of appreciation to four partner companies that actively participated in the program's operation, emphasizing the role of large and medium-sized companies in revitalizing the startup ecosystem and the importance of mutually beneficial cooperation.

Choi Young-il, CEO of Conexi Co., Ltd., the final selected company for this support project, said, “We are looking forward to the commercialization results with SKT, and being selected to participate in the 2026 MWC will be an important stepping stone for our global expansion.”

Representatives from large and medium-sized companies who attended the event said, “We were deeply impressed by the technological prowess and innovation of the participating startups,” and added, “We are also reviewing additional support measures internally.”

Daejeon Innovation Center CEO Park Dae-hee stated, “We will continue to expand the Dream Venture Star project to actively support startup growth and operate various programs that promote an open innovation collaboration model.”
