Saengwhal Beer Receives Presidential Citation for Contribution to the Development of the Korean Franchise Industry by 2025

Daily Beer Co., Ltd.'s brand, Daily Beer, received the Presidential Citation at the 2025 Korea Franchise Industry Development Awards Ceremony, held at the COEX Grand Ballroom in Seoul on December 5th. The awards ceremony, co-hosted by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and the Korea Franchise Association, recognizes companies that have contributed to strengthening the competitiveness of the franchise industry.

Since opening its first store in Yeouido in 2014, Saengwhal Beer has expanded its business to approximately 250 stores. Its key achievements include establishing a management system centered around 49 directly managed stores, implementing a royalty-free policy, and adopting franchise-friendly operating methods such as the headquarters covering all promotional expenses.

Furthermore, through its "beer platform" model, Saengwhal Beer collaborates with local breweries across the country, connecting them with the planning, manufacturing, distribution, and sales of a variety of craft beers. This has strengthened symbiotic relationships with local breweries and contributed to the expansion of the craft beer industry ecosystem.

Growth continues in overseas markets. Following continued store expansion in Singapore, the company has expanded its global operations to Thailand and the Philippines, strengthening its global operations. It also contributes to the expansion of K-BEER exports by supplying domestic breweries' beers to overseas stores.

A representative of Saengwhal Beer stated that this award is the result of national recognition of the win-win management philosophy that the company has pursued for the past 12 years, and that the company plans to continue to grow together with franchisees, strengthen cooperation with domestic breweries, and expand into overseas markets in the future.
