This foundation has led to the development of a B2B2C ecosystem connecting the driver integration platform "Chabot," the dealer sales management solution "Chabot Prime," and the used car dealer app "Cha Team Leader," further enhancing the domestic digital auto commerce model.
Based on this platform-centric growth strategy, Chabot Mobility has solidified its position in the industry, achieving an average annual growth rate of 150% over the past nine years. Its cumulative transaction volume of KRW 1.4 trillion, cumulative user base of 1.7 million, and the investment of KRW 22.6 billion through Series C are also considered to be the result of this data-driven business transformation. Recently, the company has been enhancing the customer journey with AI-based purchase recommendations, financial matching, and aftercare, while also applying blockchain and automation technologies to the used car export process, broadening the potential for global auto commerce expansion.
The company has also laid the foundation for sustainable growth by strengthening industry-academia collaboration, operating programs to cultivate future talent, and establishing an ESG-based management system. The company's practical implementation of a digital transformation model with ripple effects across industries is cited as the basis for this award.
