VivaLabs , an AI-based senior exercise specialist company, and Wellcare Station, a visiting nursing specialist company, announced on the 8th that they have signed a business agreement (MOU) with the goal of systematizing exercise care within visiting nursing services.
Home nursing includes not only basic nursing care and health checks, but also exercise and physical training such as stretching, joint exercises, walking exercises, and muscle strengthening exercises. However, the level and method of provision vary by institution, and it has been pointed out as an area lacking in standardization.
VivaLabs, a company that develops specialized content to enable safe exercise through data-driven analysis of senior physical fitness, will provide exercise care content for visiting nurses through this agreement. Wellcare Station will apply this content to visiting nursing practices, ensuring seniors receive safe and effective exercise care at home, consistent with established standards.
This collaboration will enable visiting nurses to provide exercise services based on clearer standards and procedures, while ensuring that seniors receive exercise care with consistent quality.
VivaLabs CEO Lim Ha-young stated, "This collaboration aims to make the exercise and joint exercise services already provided within home nursing more systematic and safe. We will establish a foundation for exercise care that seniors can trust even at home." Wellcare Station CEO Kook Gyeong-min stated, "Securing expertise in exercise guidance will elevate the quality of home nursing services. Through our collaboration, we will establish a new standard for home exercise care."
