CG Inside Co., Ltd. (CEO Park Seon-chun), an AI-based policy platform company, announced on the 8th that the 'Youth Housing Policy Artificial Intelligence Chatbot' project jointly conducted with the Seoul Metropolitan Government won the grand prize at the 'Inno-Wave League' hosted by the Korea Institute of Startups and Entrepreneurship Development.
The Seoul Metropolitan Government provides youth policies through its "Youth Information Center." However, with over 600 policies scattered across the housing sector alone, accessibility has been criticized. CG Inside's housing policy AI chatbot, developed by CG Inside, utilizes specialized policy language LLM, RAG-based unstructured document processing, and private real estate information matching technology to automatically recommend applicable policies tailored to individual needs.
In a user test conducted with 200 young people, the platform achieved 90.2% reliability, 95.3% accuracy, and 94.8% convenience, demonstrating improved accessibility to policy information. Based on these test results, the Seoul Metropolitan Government is actively pursuing the AI transformation of its youth policy platform and is considering further expansion, including linking it with private real estate information.
Building on this case, CG Inside plans to expand its policy-based AI service model across various sectors, including central government ministries, local governments, public institutions, and large corporations. Recently, it developed an AI agent for legal and regulatory compliance in collaboration with IBK Industrial Bank of Korea, unveiling it at the 2025 Seoul Fintech Week.
Park Seon-chun, CEO of CG Inside, said, “The key achievement is the implementation of an AI system that restructures youth policy information into an easy-to-understand format and provides it tailored to individual needs,” adding, “We expect that this case will make a practical contribution to shifting the public sector policy delivery paradigm to AI.”
