IntoCNS Signs Business Agreement with Beeple

IntoCNS (CEO Heo Seong-ho) , a veterinary IT company, announced on the 5th that it has signed a business agreement (MOU) with voice recording solution company Beeple (CEO Lee Sang-beom) for the joint launch of the AI-based call recording and search service 'IntoLog' and has begun preparations for service development and introduction.

IntoLog is a solution that automatically records all calls to animal hospitals and uses AI to convert them into text in real time, allowing you to immediately check key call content, such as guardian inquiries, reservations, and treatment explanations.

This joint development combines IntuosCNS's hospital management system development capabilities with Beeple's voice processing technology. Leveraging AI-based STT (speech-to-text) technology, the system accurately records calls and provides text-based keyword search functionality. By entering information such as the owner's name, pet's name, medication name, or consultation details, the system allows for quick retrieval of relevant calls, improving hospital customer service response and management efficiency.

IntoLog is a standalone system independent of telecommunications companies, allowing automatic recording functionality to be applied while maintaining the existing hospital phone environment. All recording files and text data are stored on the hospital's internal server, operating on-premise.

Additionally, the two companies provide a stable operating environment based on a nationwide network technical support system, and professional engineers provide nationwide installation and after-sales service, as well as rapid remote failure response.

IntuCNS CEO Heo Seong-ho said, "Telephone consultations are a critical part of veterinary hospital operations. IntuLog is a meaningful service that supports transparent and efficient call management and can accelerate the digital transformation of hospital operations."

Beeple CEO Lee Sang-beom stated, “We have now provided a solution that can realize the value of voice processing technology in the veterinary field,” and added, “We will create an AI-based call recording standard and continue to enhance the safety and efficiency that customers can experience.”
