Hansae Yes24 Cultural Foundation Signs MOU with National Asia Culture Center

The Hansae Yes24 Cultural Foundation (Chairman Baek Soo-mi) announced on the 5th that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Asia Culture Center (ACC, Director Kim Sang-wook) to promote the development and exchange of Asian culture and arts. This agreement was promoted to promote cultural and artistic exchanges and enhance cultural understanding between Korea and ASEAN countries.

Celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, the Asia Culture Center (ACC) is Korea's only multi-cultural arts and culture institution dedicated to promoting cultural exchange between Korea and Asia. It conducts diverse cultural exchange projects. The Hansae Yes24 Cultural Foundation shares the ACC's commitment to ASEAN cultural exchange and has supported and collaborated with the center since the "Asian Literature Forum" and "ACC Reading" events held last September.

Through this agreement, the two organizations will promote joint content development and activation, share human and material resources in the fields of literature, academics, exhibitions, and international exchange programs, and establish a cooperative system.

Kim Sang-wook, the director of the ACC, said, “The National Asia Culture Center has been leading Asian cultural and artistic exchanges for the past 10 years,” and added, “We expect that through cooperation with the Hansae Yes24 Cultural Foundation, we will be able to expand cultural exchange projects across literature, art, exhibitions, and education.”

Baek Su-mi, chairman of the Hansae Yes24 Cultural Foundation, said, “We will cooperate with the ACC to support the active introduction of Asian culture and arts in Korea so that Korea and Asia can deeply understand each other’s cultures.”
